Adopt Me: Rebel is still looking for his furever home (adopted)

He would be best suited to a home where he can spend lots of time outdoors, preferably with a large, high fenced-in yard

Orillia Matters, in partnership with the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Rebel

Hey there, my name is Rebel and I am a four-year-old German Shepherd mix. I am a big boy who is very sweet and gentle.

I am a super smart guy who is also very obedient and I enjoy spending time with humans and sometimes other canines. I am very strong and will require some leash training to help me harness my strength.

Before coming to the Orillia Animal Centre, I lived primarily outside. Because of this reason, I need a bit of help working on my house training and would be best suited for a home where I can spend lots of time outdoors, preferably with a large, high fenced-in yard.

I am very picky about which treats I eat but I am a very good eater when it comes to my food. I would also prefer a home with no small children as I can sometimes be too much for them.

As I said before, I get along with some dogs but I would need to meet them first to make sure that we are a good match. I would love to meet with you today and talk about how I would fit into your life.

Please come see me on the adoption floor at the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre. I’m so excited to see you!
