Adopt Me: Riceball and Brownie the guinea pigs

They both love to sing and enjoying eating a lot of hay and veggies

OrilliaMatters, in partnership with the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Riceball and Brownie

Hello! My name is Riceball and my friend's name is Brownie, we are both available for adoption at the Orillia Animal Centre. We are not bonded as we do not get along, however, we are both looking for our new homes. We do not need to be adopted into the same home.

We are both four-year-old males. I am looking for a home with a lot of guinea pig experience as I need some handling to come out of my shell. Brownie is more outgoing then I am.

We both love to sing and enjoying eating a lot of hay and veggies, also vitamin C treats or vitamin C water drops are extremely important for all guinea pigs.

We are so excited to find our new homes. If you think either of these cuties would be a good fit in your home please call or email the Orillia Animal Centre.

Due to COVID our Centre is not open to the public, however all adoptions are over the phone, email, and zoom. If you are interested in adopting these handsome guinea pigs please email us at

Unable to adopt? Share this feature on social media so each animal can get the exposure it needs and find a loving home.
