Adopt Me: Ruby the Rottweiler mix (adopted)

Because she lived with another dog before, she probably wouldn’t mind another canine companion

Orillia Matters, in partnership with the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hey there, my name is Ruby and I am a seven-year-old Rottweiler mix. I am a very sweet girl with lots of love to give. I love attention and giving smiles to everyone I meet. I am super gentle, happy, loving older lady who is looking for a forever home.

I came into the Orillia Animal Centre with my best friend Jax (who is also up for adoption) and made fast friends with the staff. They made sure that I was well taken care of and helped me come out of my shell.

I love spending time outside and would make a great companion for anyone. If you’re looking for a calm, well-mannered friend who is always happy to see you, then I’m your girl!

Because I have lived with another dog before, I probably wouldn’t mind another canine companion. I would just want to meet with them first to make sure we would get along. I would love to meet with your today and talk about adoption opportunities! Come by the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre and see me today!
