Driver catches big air in North Bay dashcam video

Ouch!

NORTH BAY — Back in February, a dashcam recorded a bizarre car accident.

The incident, which according to the dash camera occurred on Feb. 2, 2018 around 1:30 p.m. that day along Main Street.

The driver with the dashcam was proceeding eastbound in the right lane on Main when a small car appears to speed by inside the right lane and slammed into a large snowbank at the corner of Main and Oak Streets, leaving the car at a dead stop.

Local musician Cory Marquardt shared the dashcam video as he was nearly involved in the bizarre accident.

“Holy, that’s me in front of this dude with the dash cam I was gym-bound,” he stated on Facebook.

No word on whether or not the driver was injured.
