FreshSpoke maintains contract tracing, temperature checks and sanitization at the Barrie facility. All drivers and associates are masked and will adhere to a strict no-contact routine.
Excluding essential in-person duties, FreshSpoke’s employees are working from home. The returnable totes are thoroughly washed and sterilized between each use. Alternatively, residential buyers can opt for paper bags at checkout.
Curbside service will remain available at FreshSpoke’s distribution centre in Barrie from Tuesday to Saturday each week. Customers who still wish to pick up their groceries are asked to wear masks if their window is down and prepare their vehicle to receive their order.
