Today will be cloudy with snow which will be heavy at times then changing to ice pellets in the afternoon with blowing snow. Snow and ice pellet amounts of 10 to 15 cm possible. Winds from the east at 40 km/h and gusting to 60. Expect a high of -4C with a wind chill of -26C in the morning and -14C in the afternoon. There is a risk of frostbite and a UV index 1 or low.

Tonight still snow and at times heavy. The snow  will be mixed with ice pellets early in the evening with local blowing snow. Snow and ice pellet amounts of 5 to 10 cm. Winds now from the southeast at 50 km/h and gusting to 70 but then changing and coming from the southwest at 30 and gusting to 60 before morning. Temperatures steady near -3C with a wind chill of -15C in the evening and -10C overnight.
