On both sides, there is a lot to lose and who is correct? That is democracy, we have a freedom to choose, says letter writer

There seems to be such a division between vaccinated and un-vaccinated.

I think the message is that people who vaccinate are willing to give up their rights and freedoms because of a narrative they believe.

Our rights and freedom to travel and conduct business are precious and should not be given up for any reason.

People who choose not to vaccinate are not doing this ignorantly but are very well researched and have come to their decision, even though it is going against what is deemed normal. This is not easy and takes tremendous conviction and courage.

I hope that people who choose to vaccinate have also done their research and not reacting out of fear. On both sides, there is a lot to lose and who is correct? That is democracy, we have a freedom to choose.

Vaccines do not stop you from getting COVID or passing it on; it may lessen the effect, so to make one group of people have passports and exclude others is ridiculous.

These “vaccines” are experimental, and the research is still in progress.

Let’s respect each other and fight for our freedoms as you may have to give up your freedom on something you are passionate about.

Let’s protect the elderly and those with compromised immune systems which is the target group for COVID-19 and let’s start to live our lives.
