I was reading about the drug bust on June 24. The OPP, CSCU, TRU, ERT and uniformed members did an amazing job, which they always do.

What I don't understand is why they were released on a Form 10, which is promising to appear at a later date. These officers are risking their lives to take these people off the streets and they get to walk out and appear later.

Yes, they are innocent until proven guilty. However, they should not be let out on the streets after they were just arrested for the exact same charges.

The same goes for the drug bust of April 30. It cannot be a coincidence that there are people with the exact same name, same ages being charged when warrants are executed.

Some of these people are not accused of trafficking weed. They are accused of selling fentanyl, cocaine, oxycodone, etc. These are heavy-duty drugs that people are overdosing on. There is a crisis all over for opioid overdoses.

Time to crack down and keep all cities and streets safe.
