NEWS RELEASE
TWIN LAKES SECONDARY SCHOOL REUNION COMMITTEE
*************************
To honour the 50-year history of Twin Lakes Secondary School (TLSS), the TLSS 50th reunion alumni committee will present one-time awards at the school’s June 2023 commencement ceremonies.

Award winners will be deserving TLSS 2023 graduates whose parents, grandparents or legal guardians either attended TLSS or worked at the school in any capacity (teacher, educational assistant, custodian, office staff, administration).

TLSS has a proud history of combining learning with inclusiveness, and the awards will recognize both those pillars. Graduating students who have the requisite family connection with the school are encouraged to apply whether or not they are top scholars. The committee is interested in also recognizing students who are deserving because they have contributed to the school in some way, or have overcome obstacles to reach their goal of graduation.

The awards are made possible because of the outstanding success of the recent TLSS 50th reunion event at Hawk Ridge on April 29.

Applications for the Twin Lakes 50th reunion awards are now available from the TLSS guidance office.
