NEWS RELEASE
ORILLIA VOCAL ENSEMBLE
***********************

On Saturday evening at St. Paul’s Centre, the Orillia Vocal Ensemble and special surprise guests will present “Richer than Wealth”, a concert in support of St. James Place Loonie Lunch Program.

Every Wednesday at St. James’ Anglican Church, a hot soup lunch is served from 11:30 to 1 pm. An average of 100 people of all ages are served every week many of whom live alone and enjoy the fellowship of a shared meal. The cost is a loonie or pay what you can.
Following lunch, St. James Place offers emergency assistance to individuals presenting with urgent needs that are not being met by other social service agencies in our community. This may be a request for food vouchers, bus tickets, help with rent/heat etc.

Please come out and support this vital community service and enjoy a variety of uplifting choral music. Admission is free and a goodwill offering will be collected during the program, all of which will support the loonie lunch program.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 in the Great Hall of St. Paul’s Centre, 50 Coldwater Street East (on the corner of Peter Street North)

This concert is possible through the generous sponsorship of Dapper Depot Menswear, 39 Mississaga Street East in Orillia.
