It’s that time of year again!
The Fall Flavours of Lake Country is running until Nov. 4. Over the next few weeks, Ontario’s Lake Country will give you a glimpse into some of the region’s restaurants and the people that make it all happen.
In this installment, we sat down with St. Germain’s head chef, chef Todd, to talk about what they will be serving up for this year's Fall Flavours event.
