Celebrate all things maple this weekend at the Sweetwater Harvest Festival

28th annual festival happening Saturday and Sunday at Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre

Up until April 30, you can  Tap Into Maple and stop into one of 15 stops around Ontario's Lake Country to enjoy the sweet taste of local maple syrup in ways you might not have imagined.

In the coming days, we are partnering with Ontario's Lake Country to give you a glimpse into these sweet stops.

Today we take a look at the Sweetwater Harvest Festival.

This weekend, March 23 and 24, is the 28th annual Sweetwater Harvest Festival at the Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. This maple festival is a great way to explore nature and have a unique Canadian experience that celebrates the history of maple syrup, and the role it plays in our cultural and natural heritage.

Here you can enjoy all sorts of maple products, such as maple taffy on the snow, pancakes with maple syrup, maple sugar shack demonstrations, and much more. Experience it for yourself!
