The County of Simcoe reminds residents of the following schedule changes during this Simcoe/Civic Day long weekend.
County administration centre (Midhurst)
- The administration centre will be closed to the public on Monday, Aug. 1.
Simcoe County Museum
- The museum is operating on its regular schedule (10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
- For information, visit museum.simcoe.ca.
Simcoe County Archives
- The archives are closed on Monday, Aug. 1.
Waste facilities and curbside waste collection
- There will be no changes to your regular curbside waste collection schedule on the holiday. Please ensure you have your materials curbside by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day.
- All waste facilities closed on Monday, Aug. 1, returning to normal schedule on Tuesday.
LINX Transit
- LINX Transit services are not in operation on Monday, Aug. 1.
- The regular schedules will resume on Tuesday, Aug. 2.
- Please visit nextlinx.simcoe.ca to check our schedules.
Ontario Works offices
- All Ontario Works offices are closed on Monday, Aug. 2.
