SEVERN, ON – The Orillia detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for assistance in locating a missing elderly man from the Township of Severn.
Police are asking for the assistance of the public in locating 92-year-old Liang Cheng Tong.
Liang Cheng was last seen on Hurlwood Drive at approximately 3 p.m on Friday, Sept. 14.
Liang Cheng is described as being of Asian descent, 165 cm (5’4”) tall, with a thin build.
He is hard of hearing.
He was wearing a black windbreaker, black pants, black shoes and a black ball cap.
He speaks Mandarin only.
