The Orillia Concert Association (OCA) presents its next concert on Sunday, March 3, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. at the Orillia Opera House, with the Ensemble Vivant Octet performing a Tribute to Rick Wilkins.

Canada’s Chamber Music Treasure Ensemble Vivant has bedazzled audiences for over 25 years with classical, Latin and Jazz.

Led by pianist/artistic director Catherine Wilson, Ensemble Vivant pays homage to the great saxophonist Rick Wilkins who has arranged, composed and performed with the likes of Tommy Ambrose, Boss Brass, Anne Murray, Jackson Five and Oscar Peterson, just to name a few.

Our next, and final, concert of this season features perennial favourites Kerry Stratton and the Toronto Concert Orchestra, on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.

This 2018-2019 season continues the Orillia Concert Association’s tradition of presenting affordable, accessible, and professional performances.

Subscriptions for the 2019-2020 season will be available starting in April.

Once again the OCA is offering free tickets to its final concert of the current season for new subscribers to the next season.

A subscription for all five concerts is available for only $90 ($30 for students). Next year’s exciting lineup includes the musically dramatic Tom Allen “The Missing Pages” – A Canadian meets Beethoven; the spirited Canadian Guitar Quartet; Bridge & Wola, the acclaimed Accordion/Clarinet Duo; the brilliant Toronto Mandolin Orchestra, and the always entertaining Kerry Stratton and the Toronto Concert Orchestra to round out the season.
