GEORGIAN GRIZZLIES

The Georgian College Athletic Department is pleased to announce their varsity sports tryout dates for the upcoming 2018-19 season.
The Grizzlies participate in 13 different sports across the province in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) and across the country in specific sports in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA).
To be eligible for a varsity team you must be a registered full-time Georgian student at any one of Georgian College's seven campuses. Lakehead University students who are in an integrated program at Georgian are also eligible to compete, but must declare the institution they wish to represent prior to tryouts or workouts.
If you are interested in playing on a varsity sport team(s) you are required to fill out the proper forms for first year or returning student-athletes. If you would like more information or have questions please contact Intercollegiate Coordinator Jeff Harris.

Please note that tryouts for the men's rugby team are held in August prior to the start of the semester.
There is no cost to tryout for a sport with the exception of golf which you must register for in advance at a fee of $80.
