Family Day Weekend proved to be an ideal time to be outside.
The Orillia chapter of the Ganraska Hiking Club held its regular hike Saturday. The group, for this outing, chose to go to Bass Lake Provincial Park.
There was a cold wind blowing, but climbing up the hills warmed the hikers. Following the hike, the group enjoyed a social time and delicious soups provided by the hike leader.
