Santa Claus has arrived at Orillia Square mall and looks forward to chatting with all the girls and boys to find out what’s on their Christmas lists and get his picture taken, in what is one of the season’s great traditions.
Santa will be gathering children around for a heart-warming Christmas story every Saturday at noon.
This year, Ian G McIntosh Photography is in charge of Santa’s Chalet, capturing Santa photos and helping create lifelong memories for hundreds of kids and parents.
Santa is also inviting fur-babies for a couple of “pet photos with Santa” sessions. Guests will be able to purchase print packages and fun giftware, such as coffee mugs, neckties and other items with photos from their photo session with Santa.
Be sure to plan your visit, drop your letter into Santa’s mailbox, and tell him what you want for Christmas.
Santa will be at the mall Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. and during the week from Dec. 17 to Christmas Eve, from 3 to 7 p.m.
Pet photos with Santa are Sunday, Dec. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. Contact the mall office to book a time (705-325-2366).
Special parent and tot visits with Santa are happening on Tuesday, Dec. 18, and Wednesday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
