In this instalment, we sit down with Chef Josh, the new head chef at Era 67.
Era 67, located in downtown Orillia, is a must-visit restaurant during Fall Flavours. They offer a fine-dining experience that you won’t find anywhere else.
Chef Josh takes pride in his work by serving fresh local ingredients in their dishes. The service is top-notch and is only topped by the excellent food you can expect here!
