OrilliaMatters received the following letter from Rebecca Taylor, who appreciated those who supported recent March Break programs at the Ramara Township Public Library.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the patrons of Ramara and residents of the surrounding area for making March Break 2018 a great success at Ramara Township Public Library! We had a very busy week with eight programs in four days, resulting in over 156 participants!

A very special thank you goes out to “Zoo to You” for visiting our library with their many furry and reptilian friends; the children had a blast!  I’d also like to thank Autumn’s Bounty of Cannington for the donation of plants for our jungle ecosystems. Children also had a great time at our children’s paint party, exploring medieval, pirate and pioneer times, competing in St. Patrick’s Day challenges and enjoying a relaxing yoga story time!

After I have a second to catch my breath and take a nap, I am planning our PA Day programs for the rest of the school year, as well as our exciting new summer programs! I hope to see all of the faces from March Break in the summer, as well as some new friends. Be sure to register online early at www.ramarapubliclibrary.org or by calling 705-325-5776 as programs fill up quickly.
