The inaugural meeting of the 2018-22 term of Orillia city council is on Monday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Orillia council chamber.
Members of the public are invited to attend the ceremonial meeting.
Council chamber is in the Orillia City Centre at 50 Andrew St. S.
Justice Stacey Nichols of the Ontario Court of Justice (Central East Region — Simcoe County) will address council, administer the declaration of office to the new council and invest Mayor Steve Clarke with the chain of office.
Dignitaries will bring greetings and Clarke will introduce the 2018-22 Orillia council.
