The City of Orillia will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, Jan. 29, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., regarding the proposed Development Charges By-law. During the public meeting, which will be held at the Orillia City Centre, a presentation will take place followed by the opportunity for the public to provide either written or verbal comments in support of or in opposition to the proposed Development Charges By-law.

What: Public Meeting to review the findings of the Development Charges Background Study

When: Monday, Jan. 29, 2018 5:30 p.m.

Where: Council Chamber Orillia City Centre 50 Andrew St. S., Orillia

For those unable to make the public meeting, copies of the Background Study and proposed By-law are available during normal business hours at the Treasury Department, Orillia City Centre, 3rd Floor and the Orillia Public Library (Information Services desk, second floor).

This information is also posted on the City’s website at orillia.ca. Written comments can be submitted until Jan. 29, 2018. Written submissions may be forwarded to the attention of: Lynn Telford, Treasury Department City of Orillia 50 Andrew Street South, Suite 300 Orillia, ON L3V 7T5

Written comments received prior to the meeting and submissions made at the public meeting will be considered by Council prior to the enactment of the new Development Charges By-law. All submissions will become part of a public record.
