The popular Rugby Country Store and Marketplace is returning to the Oro-Medonte village at the end of the month.
The event will take place Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rugby Community Hall at 1911 Old Barrie Rd.
The former Rugby schoolhouse (1872) will be set up to resemble a country store featuring many local entrepreneurs selling pottery, quilting, candles, knitting, rope baskets/bowls, maple syrup, honey, produce, cards, flowers, soap and vintage items.
This is a cash-only event.
Masks are optional.
The Rugby Hall is maintained and operated by volunteers. Fundraising is a year-round endeavour. The century property is always in need of maintenance and upgrades, and the community appreciates any support.
