SIMCOE MUSKOKA CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD

In May and June, the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) and the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board held joint public meetings to review the current educational development charge (EDC) policies and to gather public input regarding these policies.
As a result of the feedback received, the school boards postponed their decisions regarding EDCs. In September, the boards are holding a joint information meeting to update the trustees of each board on the proposed EDC bylaws.
