Forty-seven students from Orillia Secondary School will be travelling to Italy and France in June 2019 to participate in the 75th anniversary of D-Day and the ceremonies taking place at Juno Beach.
On Saturday, Sept. 29, the students will be having a fundraiser at Red Caboose Mini Golf from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The food truck will be open and people can purchase a ticket at the event for $10 for a burger or hotdog, fries and a pop, or patrons can choose a food and golf combo. There will be about 20 vendors there as well to share their wares.
