Sunshine Harbour, the stunning downtown waterfront development by FRAM+Slokker, has been awarded the 2024 Ontario Home Builders Association (OHBA) Project of the Year in the low-rise category.
The prestigious award was presented during a gala ceremony at the Niagara Falls Casino Resort on Sept. 24, as part of the OHBA’s annual conference.
The OHBA Prestige Award honours overall architectural excellence, as well as marketing and presentation value. Sunshine Harbour stood out among numerous new developments across Ontario, receiving the highest score from an independent panel of judges.
Additionally, the FRAM+Slokker team earned accolades for best attached multi-unit home with their exquisite waterfront collection of townhomes.
Construction is currently underway on the Sunshine Harbour North phase, while the Central phase of townhomes is now available for sale. Looking ahead, a mid-rise condominium is in the design stage, with plans for a sales launch in the coming year.
