Threat to Orillia high school prompts police investigation

Due to an unsubstantiated threat received prior to the start of the school day, students at Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School in Orillia were not permitted into the school Monday morning.

The police promptly conducted an investigation and provided the school with the all-clear shortly after 9 a.m. Students returned to their regularly scheduled classes.

Police are conducting an investigation to identify the source of the threat.
