Tickets going fast for the Mariposa Blues and Gospel show

The showcase happens in downtown Orillia on Saturday, Feb. 10

An Evening of Blues and Gospel VII, featuring Lance Anderson and an all-star lineup of musicians and vocalists, hits the stage in downtown Orillia on Saturday, Feb. 10 and tickets are selling fast!

The popular show sells out every year so music-lovers are well-advised to purchase tickets soon, either online or at the Mariposa Folk Foundation office, 10 Peter St. S. Tickets are $30 advance, $35 at the door (includes all processing fees and taxes).

This year, the annual show takes place at St. Paul’s Centre, 62 Peter St. N. in downtown Orillia. Doors open at 7:15 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.
 
Winner and multiple nominee for the Maple Blues Piano/Keyboard Player of the year, Lance Anderson, is musical arranger/director of this seventh annual show. This year, one of Canada’s top R&B singers, Michael Dunston, vocalist Quisha Wint and award-winning blues guitarist, Spencer Mackenzie join Anderson. Rounding out the amazing musicians at the Feb. 10 show is Ben Riley, drummer.
