Local field lacrosse program concludes season with awards banquet

The 2018 Orillia Lady Kings girls’ field lacrosse season came to an official close this week as the association hosted its annual banquet to recognize and award achievements from the past season.

Hosted at the Hawk Ridge Golf & Country Club approximately 200 parents, players, coaches and executive were treated to a night of celebration and appreciation for a terrific season by all the teams and staff.

Lady Kings Vice President Mardi McLaughlin was the master of ceremonies as each team recognized its most valuable player (MVP), most improved player (MIP), best defender and the player who showed heart and hustle.
