There may still be ice on the lake, but rowing season is not far off! The Orillia Rowing Club is gearing up for another great season on the water.
The 2019 season kicks off with registration on Wednesday, May 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Barnfield Point Recreation Centre or Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Boathouse in Tudhope Park.
Are you new to rowing? The ORC is offering two learn-to-row weekends: May 25-26 or June 22-23. And we are always interested in current or former rowers who would like an opportunity to coach.
Discover the sport of rowing. Rowing is great exercise with benefits that include being out on the water, being active with friends, teamwork and lots of fun. Take your workout out of the gym and onto the lake!
