Riders of the Rushmount Trillium Team are successfully tackling all the tasks to qualify for championships in September at Caledon Equestrian Park. They are required to be in the top seven of their zone to represent their zone at championships.

This is where the best of the best come together to find the top rider in each division.

There is also a new class this year called the 'mad barn challenge' in which the top 4 riders from each zone in the jumper divisions come together to make a team to compete against other zones.

So far, three of the team members of Rushmount are on the standby list to compete in this, Hailee Vandusen, Devon Cailting and Kaylin Clarke.

Rushmount will be busy for the rest of the summer running day camps on site, horse shows on site and competing in both the A circuit and Georgian Bay Trillium shows. Rushmount also runs their own show series and is a part of the North Simcoe Challenge Series.

To follow Rushmount go to www.rushmount.com or to contact re lessons, training, camps, shows or boarding and training.

Everyone is welcome to come to all shows free of charge to watch.
