SNOW LEOPARDS CHEERLEADING

While most sports have been placed on hold or cancelled for the season, cheerleading is slowly returning to gyms across Ontario. With proper rules and guidelines in place, many athletes and coaches are looking forward to training, and getting back to work.
Snow Leopards Cheerleading in Orillia has spent the past several months working on a transition that will see a new level of training, coaching and talent being brought to the city.
Coach Teanna Larmand, seeing a potential for growth and new development, recently accepted the opportunity of becoming a Cheer Sport Shark gym.
Cheer Sport Sharks with their main gym located in Cambridge Ont. has been a leader in Canadian cheerleading since 2003. Their program brings with it the opportunity to train with some of the best coaches in the industry, and support that will help athletes in all facets of development.
With this in mind, the newly developed program Cheer Sport Sharks Orillia will open its doors for the 2020-2021 season to athletes ages 3 and up.
Athletes who have previously competed in cheerleading, or without any prior experience will be welcome! The program will offer a variety of levels for the novice, prep and all-star divisions.
The program will be temporarily located out of the Mariposa Gymnastics Club, with the expectation of moving to their own permanent location later in the season.
