The Town of Penetanguishene is undertaking a Town Dock Secondary Study to examine potential new uses in the Town Dock area to help guide development and assist in making future investment decisions.

The Master Plan Workshop will seek feedback on the locations and types of public spaces, opportunities for new uses, and access to the Town Dock.

The workshop will be held virtually through the Town’s corporate Zoom account. Residents are encouraged to register for this workshop so that the Town has an idea of how many people will attend and can properly plan for break-out sessions.

When: Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Virtual Meeting using Zoom
How to Register: Contact Andrea Betty at [email protected] or by telephone at 705-549-7453
Websites: ConnectPenetanguishene.ca OR penetanguishene.ca

Previously residents have had the opportunity to participate in the Town Dock Visioning Workshop, held Feb. 3, 2021. An online survey titled “Looking Ahead” was then made available to allow for any final thoughts on the visioning portion of the project before the consultation team moved into more clearly defined policy alternatives and recommendations.

Questions or concerns regarding the Town Dock Secondary Study can be directed to Andrea Betty at [email protected] or by telephone at 705-549-7453.
