The Township of Tiny is excited to announce the launch of its CivicWeb Portal. The portal  provides residents with an enhanced public council meeting experience and contains information for  Committee of the Whole, Council and Special Council meetings, including agendas, minutes and  associated records.

The portal is user-friendly and is designed to be easy to navigate, permitting users to efficiently find the information that they seek. It includes a sensitive search function which can find specific  references and keywords included in any of the documents uploaded to the system. The portal also comes with an HTML version for a lower broadband usage alternative.

The portal, which is accessed through the Township of Tiny’s website at www.tiny.ca, will allow  residents and the general public to subscribe to email notifications related to upcoming meetings.

"The Township of Tiny is always looking for innovative ways to connect with the community, as well  as considering enhancements to how the community receives information," said Mayor George Cornell in a release.

"This significant improvement in resident communications is a conscious decision to help connect residents  to Council’s public meetings and its decision-making process."

The inclusion of the CivicWeb Portal will continue to improve as the Township adds advisory committee and local board meeting information. Residents are encouraged to access the portal by  going to the Township’s website at www.tiny.ca and clicking on the CivicWeb Portal.
