BLACKMORE, Rosalia ‘Rose’ (nee: Soroka)

Passed away peacefully at Spencer House, Orillia, on Saturday October 5, 2019 in her 96th year.  Rose Blackmore, beloved wife of the late Thomas Oscar Blackmore.  Loving mother of Sean Blackmore (Rhonda) of Oshawa and Janey Groom (Don) of Severn.  Cherished grandmother of Richie (Corrie) of St. Albert, Alberta;  Jeffrey (Lyndy) of Calgary, Alberta;  Jonathan (Ashley) of Barrie, Ontario; Sarah King (Darryl) of Oshawa, Ontario.  Great grandmother of Sydney, Sullivan, Finley, Owen, Ryan and Harper.  Dear sister of Doris Olinek and husband Bill (both predeceased), Natalie Rainford (Richard predeceased) of Vancouver, Veronica Thorpe of Tottenham and Mary Burdeny (predeceased).  Following cremation a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Friday October 11th, 2019 at 2 o'clock.  Interment: St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
