Passed away peacefully at home, with family by her side, on Sunday August 12, 2018, in her 63rd year. Wendy Burnie, beloved wife of Brian Burnie, mother of Chad Burnie (Michelle) and Julie Burnie. Daughter of Norman Sylvestre and Joyce Jermey, step daughter of Bill Jermey (all predeceased). Sister of Kim Ellis (Peter), Megan Nicholson and Lori Reed (predeceased), sister-in-law of Rick Burnie (Patty) and Dan Burnie (Alice). Aunt of Shelby Elyea (Trent), Reghan Ellis, Christopher Ellis, Leah Nicholson (Doug), Kelsi Nicholson (Jamie), Christopher Burnie (Mandy), Katie Ryall (Joe), Courtney Payne (Tim), Alison Payne and Zac Reed. Great Aunt of Elsie Ryall, Benjamin Burnie, Addison Atkinson, Lucas and Isla Shoebridge. At Wendy’s request, a private family service with a celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
