Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Tuesday January 3rd, 2023, at the age of 35. Beloved husband of Lynn Brown. Loving father of Jace.

Loving son of Glenn “Wes” and Darlene Cotter. Cherished grandson of Patricia Armstrong (Arnold). Loving nephew of Laura Cotter, Jim Clarke, Tim Cotter, Rhonda Atkins (Steve), Carson Armstrong (Kim), Roxanne Armstrong, Joe Armstrong (Sherry), Wanda Hillier, Wendy Chalmers (Daryll), Carol Beard (Craig), Kim Richards (Stewart) and Linda Richards (Eldon). Predeceased by his Nanny and Poppa Sippley, his Uncle Louie, in-laws Ruth and Bob Hubbert and brother-in-law, Jim. Wesley will be missed and lovingly remembered by his sister in laws Randa, Kathy, his family, many friends, and coworkers. A celebration of life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E, Orillia on Sunday January 8th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the OSPCA - Orillia.
