We sadly announce the death of our wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Katherine Anne Forman, on Monday, November twelfth, 2018. Born on December fourth, 1930 to Joseph and Mary Leahey, she was the cherished wife of Edwin Forman for sixty-three years and the loving mother of Lisa of Mississauga, Paul (predeceased) and Greg (Claire) of Ottawa. Katherine adored her grandchildren Alexandra and Nicholas Wawrow, Maxine and Simon Forman and Liam, KJ and Tess Forman.
Kaye was a notorious mother hen to her siblings Bernard (predeceased), Nora, Rita, John, Donna, Maureen and Joanne and a wonderful Auntie Kaye to her plethora of nieces and nephews.
A family mass will be said for her at Guardian Angels Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada will be gratefully accepted and may be made at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia. We will remain forever grateful to the nursing staff of the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital which, in her final days and hours, provided Katherine with comfort, quiet and peace.
