Passed away, on Friday, July 8th, 2022, after a short illness. Len beloved husband of Joan (nee Woods) of Orillia. Loving father of Doug (Trish) Frost of Horseshoe Valley, Brenda (Rob predeceased) Hewitt of Orillia and David (Monica) Frost of Greely. Cherished grandfather of Lauren (Stefan Freriches) Frost, Kevin (Fiana) Frost, Matthew Frost, Jason (Jenn) Hewitt, Jessica (Fab) Baglione, Mark Frost,, Melissa (Greg) Magalhaef and his 6 great grandchildren. Len moved to Orillia from Sudbury while in Grade 13 and after a short time in the shoe
business, joined Norman Holmes Real Estate as a salesman - 1954 to 1959. Then Len and his mother built a store in 1959 which became known as "Frosty's". Operated successfully across from ODCVI until 1969 where upon having sold their businesses; Don Reid Volkswagen Garage, Jack Hurl Dairy and Len Frost Frosty's, formed Frost Reid, Hurl Real Estate Brokerage. Operated successfully in Orillia for a number of years. During those years, Len served as President of Orillia Jaycees, Orillia Estate Board, and later after a move to Appraisal Real Estate served as President of Appraisal Institute of Ontario. After retirement 1992, Joan and Len spent the rest of retirement years at their home in Muskoka and just returned to Orillia in April. Cremation to take place.
