Dr. John Griffith died peacefully on July 13, 2022. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Anne, and is survived by his children Richard, Catherine, Joanna, and Darcy, his sister Frances, and sister-in-law Janet. Grandchildren Rebecca, Katrina, and Gareth cherish memories of their Papa, who loved to make them laugh with silly jokes, and never-ending puns. John was Professor Emeritus at Lakehead University, where he taught in the Math Department, and was a founding member of the Faculty Association.
