It is with very heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jeff on Sunday November 17th 2019 in his 51st year, a proud member of the Ontario Provincial Police. Beloved husband of Heather (nee Williams). Proud and loving father of Isaac and Eva. Dear son of Terry and Joanne Harmer. Jeff is predeceased by his brother Daniel. Jeff was the cherished son in law of Rod and Nancy Williams. Much loved brother in law of Hollie Newman (Jason), Aaron Williams (Kimberley), and uncle of Claire and Julia. He will also be remembered with great pride by his aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and work colleagues. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Saturday November 23rd, from 6 p.m. until 8p.m. and Sunday November 24th, 2019 from 11a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Followed by a time of visitation and reception. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
