Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday February 8, 2018 at the age of 76. Shirley Harrison of Orillia, beloved wife of James (Jim) Harrison. Loving step mother of Karen Henry (Ray), Jimmy Harrison and Jeff Harrison. Loved by her step grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Ashley and Chris and step great grandchildren Nichola, Ava and Zach. Predeceased by her sister Kay Blackmore. A special thank you goes to the nurses of Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital for all of their care. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Saturday February 17, 2018 from 11 o’clock until time of funeral service at 1 o’clock. Spring interment will take place at Ebenezer/Deerhurst Cemetery, West Gwillimbury. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
