Passed away peacefully at home, Orillia, on Friday, August 21, 2020 in his 70th year. Vern is the beloved husband of Brenda (nee Jones). Loving father of Jessica and Emily Marceau and adopted daughters Loretta (Sean), Laura (Brian) and adopted grandsons AJ & Ty. Predeceased by his parents Bill & Jean Phillips. Dear brother Ron (Robin) Phillips. Vern is survived by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Cremation will take place.
