McLAUGHLIN, Cecil John

Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday May 9th 2019 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Twyla McLaughlin (nee Watson) for 46 years. Loving father of Owen (Alina), and Tia Sharpe (Raymond). Proud grandfather of Gillian and Charlie. Dear brother of Harold-deceased (Tracy), Mary Nolan (Doug), Tom-deceased (Marilyn), and Dorothea Glass (Donny). Cecil will be dearly missed by his many family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia on Tuesday May 14th  from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday May 15th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery Orillia. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.
