To the friends that came to the ICU unit, thank you for your presence and your kind words.  Our family saw how much you all loved her.  Tia signed her organ donor card with the Trillium gift of life foundation and because of that there are countless people whose lives have been saved or improved.  PLEASE SIGN YOUR DONOR CARD!!

To Jana and Kate in the ICU, our entire family cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, your care and your hugs.

We would also like to thank the Trillium gift of life co-ordinators George and Kathy who were so kind and compassionate with our family.  We applaud your courage and commitment to a fantastic cause!

There wasn’t a day that had gone by that Tia didn’t miss her Mom, Heather, and there are now two brilliant stars in the sky!
