Passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. Allan was the son of the late Walter James “Jim” Phipps and the late Audrey O. McGill. He will be missed by his sons Christopher (Stacey) and Cory (Cindy). His grandchildren McKenna, Lukas, Kara and Sheldon. He was the loved brother of Jill (Don Roughley), Joan (Gord Pye), Wendy (Richard Furnish) and Debbie Knight. Cherished friend of Dave Crawford, the late Valerie Crawford and Hugh Knight. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
