Unexpectedly, yet peacefully, at his home in Barrie on Saturday, November 24, 2018, in his 61st year. Joe Sherwood, formerly of Brechin, son of the late Doug and Rita Sherwood. Dear brother of Charlie Sherwood (Donna) of Woodville, Kathy Sherwood (Dean) of Sprucedale, Anne Munro (Chris) of Orillia, Leonard Sherwood (Karen) of Washago, Mary Schamehorn (Ken) of Orillia and Bob Sherwood (Kerri) of Orillia. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends and relatives will be received at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Thursday, November 29th from 6-9 PM. Then to the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia, for Mass of Christian Burial on Friday morning, November 30th at 10 o'clock. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy or Sick Kids Hospital would be gratefully appreciated.
