On Dec.23, after a long and healthy life the family of Shirley Stewart announce her passing at her home in Victoria House. She was the daughter of the late Rena and Alan Brown of Toronto. Shirley graduated from the University of Toronto earning a degree in food sciences. She married Don Stewart from Orillia (predeceased). Shirley enjoyed travelling, playing bridge and participating in various clubs and committees. They had 3 children: Shiela Mullaly (Brian), Paul Stewart and Carol Bunn (Chris). Shirley was very proud of her 4 grandchildren: Patrick Mullaly, Graydon Stewart (Aya), Jenna Bunn and & Kevin Bunn (Laura). We appreciate the care given by Dr. Parna and the nurses and PSWs' from Victoria House. We also wish to thank geriatric nurse, Lisa, the Bayshore Nurses and Home and Community Care, for the kind attention given to Mom. According to Shirley's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements entrusted to the Mundell Funeral Home.
