March 31, 1929 to June 17, 2022
Walt passed peacefully at Mariposa House Hospice. He was predeceased by his first wife Betty and his second wife Andi. He was also predeceased by his parents Howard and Janet Bunn, his sisters Kay (George Lloyd) and Ena (Charlie Case).
Walt was the loving and supportive dad of Michael (Lori), Blaine (predeceased 2003) (Jeannie) and Chris (Carol).
Grampa will be forever in the hearts of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren Melissa Bunn (Nick Bishop), William and Hugh Bishop, Lindsay (John Walker), Sullivan and Matilda Walker, Holly (Chris Perrault), Grayson and Bennett Perrault, Julia (Ethan Brunne), Jenna Bunn, Kevin (Laura) Bunn.
Walt will also be missed by Andi’s family, Vicky and John Collins and Darryl and Lise MacDonald and their children.
The Bunn family are eternally grateful for the friends and staff at Leacock Lodge, Bayshore Nursing and Mariposa House Hospice for going above and beyond to ensure that Walt was loved and had the best of care.
Following cremation, visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West t. N., Orillia on Friday evening, July 15, 2022, from 7 - 9 PM. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday morning, July 16, 2022 at 9:30 am. All members of Three Pillars Lodge #192 are asked to gather at the Funeral Home on Friday evening at 6:30 pm for a Masonic Service.
