Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a short illness at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at the age of 83. Noreen, beloved wife of the late Robert Wilkie. Loving mother of David (predeceased) (Peg), Linda, Brian (Valerie), Cathy, Debbie (Rick), Barb (Kevin), Bernadette (Rob) and Gerry (Sandi). Cherished grandmother of Kristen, Nicole (Brent), Ryan (Predeceased) (Sarah), Ashley (Brian), Lauren (Jamie), Jamie ( Garrett), Brock, Robert (Kim), Matthew (Molly), Tangerine (Scott), Jason (Nicole), Brittney (Cole), Chelsea, Blake, Carlea, Jessica, Maddison, Taylor, David and Karey. Proud great grandmother of Hayden, Makayla, Walker, Skyler, Brycen, Kennedy, Zachary, Camryn, Ryan, Thomas, Brody, Ryley, Leighton, Ryder, Kylyn, Emma, Will, Baileigh, Carter, Palmer, Colby Maisie, Jakob and Jazim. Loved sister of Tom (predeceased), Gerald (Eleanor), Joe (June), John (Gail), Ann (Bucky predeceased), Bernard (Mary), Paul (Roseanne), Dennis (Pat) and Leonard (Cheryl). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Noreen's legacy will live on as her family continues to grow and impact our community. She will be forever remembered for her devotion to her church and family, as well as by her visitors to the Farmers' Market. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Thursday February 8, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Parish Prayers will be said in the Parlour Thursday evening at 6:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Friday morning, February 9, 2018 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Orillia. If desired, Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Toronto General Hospital - Peter Munk Cardiac Centre would be appreciated by the family.
